Narai-juku is beautiful to visit any time of the year, but the post town is at its festive best during the annual lacquerware event. The area is also home to the popular Narai Shukuba Festival (Ochatsubo Procession), which attracts many international visitors with its lively Edo-period parade and traditional atmosphere.
