Professional sushi chef and former ramen chef of a Michelin star restaurant combine their talents under one roof. The popular chicken broth ramen is prepared by the slow cooking of fresh vegetables and collagen. The café offers fresh highland vegetarian sushi rolls, delicious desserts and coffee. There is a varied take away menu for those with no time to dine. All of the dishes offered on the menu contain NO PORK.

Access / Location

By Train
From Yudanaka Station(Nagano Dentetsu Nagano Line), From Yudanaka Stn take the local Nagaden Bus (Kanbayashi Line) and alight at Kanbayashi Onsen Guchi. The trail leading to the Snow Monkey Park is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop. (20mins from Yudanaka Stn.)
By Car
From Shinshu-Nakano IC, Exit at Shinshu Nakano IC. Follow Route 292 toward Kanbayashi Onsen.
There is free parking at the Jigokudani Yaen Koen Car Park.
